Vanguard Performance provides access to lab testing services. By utilizing these services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Vanguard Performance reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon posting. Notification of updates may be provided through email or other communication channels. Access to this site is granted at Vanguard Performance’s discretion and may be revoked at any time without prior notice.

  1. Eligibility: Individuals must be 18 years or older to use Vanguard Performance’s services.

  2. Accuracy of Information: You agree that all information provided during the purchase of lab tests is truthful and accurate.

  3. Intellectual Property and Proper Use: You may not copy or reproduce any images, text, or the structure of this website. Additionally, you agree not to use this website for any unlawful activities.

  4. Account Security: You agree to use this site only for its intended purpose and not to share your password or access credentials with any unauthorized individuals.

  5. Purchase and Refund Policy: Refunds are only available prior to the submission of urine or blood specimens at a designated Patient Service Center. Refunds will amount to 75% of the original purchase price. No refunds will be issued after 21 days from the date of payment. Promotional refund policies, such as the "Money-Back Guarantee," are subject to specific conditions, including first-time customer status, exclusions on certain tests, and result criteria. Claims must be submitted within 15 days of results being posted, using the prescribed procedure.

  6. Medical Disclaimer: Lab tests purchased through Vanguard Performance do not constitute medical advice and do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Test results may be subject to inaccuracies beyond Vanguard Performance’s control. This service is provided at the user’s request and is not recommended by our physicians. No CPT codes, diagnosis codes, or provider information will be issued for insurance claims.

  7. Disclaimer of Warranties: The materials and services on this website are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Vanguard Performance does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and reserves the right to update site content without notice.

  8. Limitation of Liability: Information on this website is for informational purposes only. Vanguard Performance makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of its services. Users are solely responsible for evaluating the reliability of any information obtained through this website.

  9. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vanguard Performance, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or costs resulting from violations of these terms.

  10. Order Expiration and Requisition Reissue: Orders do not expire; however, requisitions automatically expire after six months due to regulatory requirements. A new requisition will be issued at no cost upon request. Users are encouraged to request a reissue only when they are ready for testing. Vanguard Performance reserves the right to deny reissue requests if abuse of this policy is suspected. If test prices have increased since the initial purchase, a house credit may be issued for the original amount, with the user responsible for the price difference.

  11. Coupons and Credits: Discounts and coupon codes are issued at Vanguard Performance’s discretion. Coupons are not redeemable for cash and cannot be applied to discounted purchases. Gift certificates and credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Multiple credits cannot be applied to a single order.

  12. Test Result Turnaround Times: Estimated turnaround times for test results are based on third-party lab estimates. Vanguard Performance does not control processing times and cannot guarantee results within a specific timeframe.

  13. Referral Program: Vanguard Performance reserves the right to modify referral program terms at any time. Discounts apply only to first-time customers, and referral credits are issued only if the referred individual qualifies as a new customer. Orders containing referral discounts are non-refundable.

  14. Geographic Restrictions: Vanguard Performance does not provide services to residents of New York, New Jersey, or Rhode Island due to state regulations. Users must confirm their residency status at the time of purchase. Orders placed by residents of restricted states may be canceled, and applicable fees may be deducted from refunds. Users agree to indemnify Vanguard Performance for any costs resulting from false residency claims.

Confidentiality Notice

Emails from Vanguard Performance may contain confidential information, including requisitions. These emails are intended solely for the designated recipient. Users may opt out of such communications by contacting customer support.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Vanguard Performance offers an SMS messaging service ("Mobile Service"). By subscribing, you consent to receive recurring SMS notifications, including service updates and promotional messages. You acknowledge that standard messaging rates apply and that you are responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless provider.

Users may opt out at any time by texting "STOP" in response to a message. A confirmation text will be sent to confirm the cancellation. Changes to the Mobile Service, including phone number modifications, may occur without prior notice. Vanguard Performance is not responsible for undelivered messages due to wireless carrier issues.

By using this site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that Vanguard Performance reserves the right to modify its policies at any time.
