Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is part of the Terms of Service of Vanguard Performance LLC d/b/a Vanguard Performance Labs, 2901 Cleveland Ave., Suite 102, Santa Rosa, CA 95403. Section numbers below match Section 5 of the Terms of Service. To request a refund, contact us at info@vanguardperform.com.

You agree to abide by the purchase and refund policies of Vanguard Performance Labs as set out below.

5.1 Standard Refunds

Refunds are only permitted prior to submission of urine or blood specimens to a Patient Service Center for testing. Approved refunds will be issued at 75% of the original purchase price. No refund will be issued more than 21 days after receipt of payment.

5.2 Gift Orders

Gift orders are non-refundable under all circumstances. Once a gift order is placed and payment is processed, no refund will be issued, regardless of whether specimens have been submitted to a Patient Service Center. By purchasing a gift order, you acknowledge and agree that the purchase is final and not eligible for any refund.

Ordering tests for another person, including gift orders, is temporarily unavailable on the Site. Gift orders and certificates purchased previously remain subject to these terms.

5.3 Site-Wide Promotional Events

For any site-wide promotional events — meaning any promotional discount that applies to all or substantially all products on our Site, including but not limited to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Cyber Week, New Year's promotions, or other seasonal or major discount periods — all sales are final. Orders placed during these periods are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances, regardless of test type or discount amount.

The following terms from other sections of the Terms of Service also affect refunds:

• Section 3: providing false or misleading information may result in cancellation of your order without refund.
• Section 8: Gift Certificates, House Credit Certificates, and multi-pack credits are not refundable and not redeemable for cash, in whole or in part. Adjustments, credits, and/or refunds for discount codes not entered at the time of ordering will not be issued.
• Section 10: orders placed using a referral discount are not eligible for refunds.
• Section 11 (at-home blood collection): appointments can be canceled for a full refund if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are non-refundable and the purchase is final. If unforeseen circumstances prevent our phlebotomist from completing your scheduled appointment, we will reschedule the appointment or refund any payment made for the affected service.
